Terms and Conditions

Completion deadline (determined at time of invoicing) starts once the invoice is paid in full. Typical turn around time is 2-3 weeks. This means other paid orders may move your order further out if not paid promptly.
• By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on the 307 Cups Facebook page and all other social media outlets. If you do not want a picture of your item shared, or you would like it posted at a later date, please let me know.
Please note: on any designs requiring multiple layers of glitter/pigment/scales the epoxy may not be 100% smooth/flat. This is not a flaw or defect, it is part of the uniqueness that comes with ordering a handmade item. As with all handmade items, small minor imperfections may occur.

All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please speak with me directly.

307 CUPS SHIPPING POLICY

Important Details

• All shipping is done through USPS Priority Shipping (Pens SHIP USPS First Class), and includes a tracking number. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. Pick up in Jackson, WY or Victor/Driggs, ID is also available for local customers. Please message me to arrange a local pick up order.
Occasionally USPS is rough with packages and the cup may arrive damaged. If this happens take a picture of the cup and send it to me, I will start a claim immediately. Keep the cup and all the packaging. Once USPS accepts the claim you may be asked to take the cup and packaging to your local post office to show them the damage.
