All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. Cancellations will only be accepted within 6 hours of purchasing. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please speak with me directly.
All shipping is done through USPS Priority Shipping, and includes a tracking number. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. Pick up in Jackson, WY or Victor/Driggs, ID is also available for local customers. Please message me to arrange a local pick up order.
Occasionally USPS is rough with packages and the cup may arrive damaged. If this happens take a picture of the cup and send it to me, I will start a claim immediately. Keep the cup and all the packaging. Once USPS accepts the claim you may be asked to take the cup and packaging to your local post office to show them the damage.
